Window Leak Causes Water Damage in High Bridge

When a bad rainstorm came through Hunterdon County, this window began to heavily leak on to the carpet in this finished basement.

Once the storm had passed, this customer called SERVPRO of Greater Hunterdon County to perform water damage restoration services. 

Our crews pulled up the carpet and pad which couldn't be saved, extracted any leftover standing water, and then set up fans and dehumidifiers to ensure the basement dried out properly. They also sprayed antimicrobial to help ensure that no mold or mildew begins to grow when moisture is still present.

Three days later, the equipment was picked up and the affected areas were completely dried!
